Artwork Specifications
NOTE: Any artwork that does not meet our specifications will be subject to extra charges. (Check our rates)


Print Ready Artwork

Rima Graphics will accept files from the following applications:

Mac OS and Windows

Illustrator
File Type: AI or EPS
Colours: CMYK
All fonts converted to outlines

Adobe Acrobat
File Type: PDF
Colours: CMYK
All fonts converted to outlines

Photoshop
File Type: PSD, TIF or JPG (300DPI)
Colours: CMYK
All fonts converted to outlines

Indesign
File Type: INDD
Colours: CMYK
All fonts converted to outlines

Artwork Checklist

  • 2mm bleed
  • Cutline clearly marked (assigned with a nominated colour - 1pt)
  • All text to be kept 3mm away from cut / trim line
  • Scaled 1 to 1 - 100%
  • 1 up on a single page
  • Convert all text to outlines
  • Please ensure that all images are at least 300dpi
  • Colours to be CMYK or PMS Pantones

CAUTION
Monitor Screen colours are never accurate; please check your CMYK or Pantone (PMS) specifications.
Any files received in any other colour format (i.e.: RGB, Lab, HSB) will still be printed but may not be to your expectations; Rima Graphics will not be responsible for any colour variations/errors.
